At Silverhawks Energy Exchange, every session is created with intention, presence, and deep respect for your healing journey. These policies help maintain a peaceful, safe, and supportive environment for all who enter the space.

✨ Online Booking
All appointments are scheduled through our online booking system. This ensures a smooth, organized experience and allows the studio to hold space for you with clarity and care.

✨ Credit Card on File
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. This protects the time and energy set aside exclusively for you.

✨ Non‑Refundable Deposit
A non‑refundable deposit is collected at the time of booking and is applied toward your service total.

✨ Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is held just for you. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No‑shows also forfeit the deposit.

✨ Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

✨ Late Arrival Policy
To honor the flow of the day and the clients scheduled after you, sessions will end at the originally scheduled time even if you arrive late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

✨ Intake Forms
After booking, you will receive intake paperwork. These forms must be completed before your session so your treatment can be tailored with intention and care.

✨ Studio Etiquette
To maintain a peaceful and healing environment:
Please arrive quietly and mindfully.
Phones must be silenced before entering the studio.
Respect the sacred space and the energy of others.
Any behavior that disrupts the healing environment may result in the session being ended.

✨ Right to Refuse Service
To maintain a safe and sacred healing space, Silverhawks Energy Exchange reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time, for any reason. If a session is stopped, the client will be asked to leave the studio.

✨ Full Payment at Time of Service
Full payment is due at the time of service, with no exceptions. If a session must end early for any reason, the full service fee still applies.

✨ Refund Policy
All deposits are non‑refundable.
Payments for completed services are non‑refundable.
If a session ends early for any reason — including practitioner discretion — the full service fee still applies.
Gift certificates are non‑refundable but may be transferred to another person.

✨ Wellness & Liability Acknowledgment
By booking a session, you acknowledge that:
Services support relaxation, energetic balance, and general well‑being.
These services do not replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
You agree to communicate any physical or emotional concerns before your session begins.
You accept full responsibility for your own health and well‑being during and after the session.

Silverhawks Energy Exchange is not liable for outcomes related to pre‑existing conditions or undisclosed information.
